Solomon then took a census of all the resident aliens living throughout the land of Israel, following the count his father David had previously made — and they numbered one hundred and fifty-three thousand six hundred.
Then Shelomoh counted all the gerim — the resident aliens in the land of Yisra'el — following the census that Dawid his father had taken. They numbered one hundred and fifty-three thousand six hundred.
And Solomon numbered all the strangers that were in the land of Israel, after the numbering wherewith David his father had numbered them; and they were found an hundred and fifty thousand and three thousand and six hundred.
Solomon numbered all the foreign men in the land of Israel following the census his father David had conducted, and there were found to be 153,600 in all.
