Translations
Enough time has already been wasted doing what the Gentiles want—living in debauchery, unbridled lust, drunkenness, wild parties, drinking binges, and detestable idol worship.
For enough time has already passed carrying out the desire of the nations—walking in licentiousness, lusts, wine-flooding, revelries, drinking bouts, and lawless idolatries.
For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
For you have spent enough time in the past carrying out the same desires as the Gentiles: living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing, and detestable idolatry.
