David gathered all the leaders of Israel to Jerusalem—the commanders of the tribes, the officers who served the king in his rotating divisions, the commanders of thousands and hundreds, the stewards of all the royal property and livestock, along with the palace officials, the mighty men, and every champion of valor.
Dawid assembled all the leaders of Yisra'el to Yerushalayim—the commanders of the tribes, the commanders of the divisions who served the king, the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, the stewards of all the king's property and livestock for him and his sons, together with the court officials, the mighty men, and every valiant warrior.
