Everyone who does not listen to Him will be completely cut off from among his people.’

(23) But it will be, every life that doesn't listen to that prophet will be destroyed from the people.

[23] Anyone who refuses to listen to that Prophet will be completely cut off from God's people.'

and it shall be, every soul that may not hear that prophet shall be utterly destroyed out of the people;
