So Judas threw the silver into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.

(5) He threw the silver into the temple departing and he went away to hang himself.

[5] In despair, Judas hurled the silver coins across the temple floor, the metal clattering against stone – a sound that would haunt those halls. Then he fled into the darkness and hanged himself, his tragedy a eternal warning about the wages of betrayal.
