As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Don’t tell anyone what you saw, until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.”

[9] As they descended the mountain, Jesus gave strict instructions: "Don't tell anyone about this vision until after the Son of Man has risen from the dead." This glimpse of glory needed to wait until after the cross.
