But Jesus answered, “Let us go on to the neighboring towns so I can preach there as well, for that is why I have come.”

He says to them, "Let's go elsewhere to the towns to the towns nearby to proclaim there also because this is what I came for."

Jesus replied, "We need to move on to the surrounding villages so I can preach there too. This is why I have come—to spread this message of God's kingdom everywhere."
The F.O.G Paraphrase
and he saith to them, ‘We may go to the next towns, that there also I may preach, for for this I came forth.’
