When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said, “Do not weep.”

(13) sאָדוֹן Adonai saw her, compassionately feeling for her and said to her, "Don't weep."

[13] When the Lord saw her, His heart overflowed with compassion. "Don't cry," He said gently, His words carrying more than mere consolation.

And the Lord having seen her, was moved with compassion towards her, and said to her, ‘Be not weeping;’
