and so were his partners James and John, the sons of Zebedee. “Do not be afraid,” Jesus said to Simon. “From now on you will catch men.”

James and John, the sons of Zebedee who were Simon's business partners, also stood awestruck. But Jesus spoke to Simon with gentle authority: "Don't be afraid. From now on, you'll be catching people alive for God's Kingdom."
