This is what the Lord GOD says: “The city that marches out a thousand strong will only see a hundred return, and the one that marches out a hundred strong will have but ten left in the house of Israel.”

For thus says the Lord Yahweh: “The city that went forth a thousand shall have a hundred left, and that which went forth one hundred shall have ten left to the house of Israel.”
World English Bible (WEB)
For thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the Lord{H136} GOD{H3069}; The city{H5892} that went out{H3318}{(H8802)} by a thousand{H505} shall leave{H7604}{(H8686)} an hundred{H3967}, and that which went forth{H3318}{(H8802)} by an hundred{H3967} shall leave{H7604}{(H8686)} ten{H6235}, to the house{H1004} of Israel{H3478}.

Here is what the Lord and Master, יהוה Yahweh says, "The city which goes out by a thousand, will have a 100 left, And one who goes out by a 100, Will have 10 left, from the house of Isra'el."
