And as for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But just as His true and genuine anointing teaches you about all things, so remain in Him as you have been taught.

The anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you. Rather, His anointing teaches you about everything and is true, not a lie. Just as it has taught you, remain in Him!

You don't need anyone to teach you new secrets because His Spirit teaches you about everything. His teaching is truth, not lies.
