(13) Now having the same ruach-spirit of believing-faith in accordance to what's written, "I BELIEVED, THEREFORE I SPOKE," we also believe, therefore speak.

[13] We have the same spirit of faith that motivated the psalmist who wrote, "I believed, therefore I spoke." We also believe, and that's why we speak with such conviction.
