And, "A STONE OF STUMBLING, A ROCK, CAUSING STUMBLING." They stumble because they are disobedient to The Word, into this they were also appointed.

[8] And, "A stone that causes people to stumble, a rock that makes them fall." They stumble because they refuse to accept God's message - which is exactly the destiny laid out for those who reject Him.
