Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us.

He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.

And{G2532} he that keepeth{G5083}{(G5723)} his{G846} commandments{G1785} dwelleth{G3306}{(G5719)} in{G1722} him{G846}, and{G2532} he{G846} in{G1722} him{G846}. And{G2532} hereby{G1722}{G5129} we know{G1097}{(G5719)} that{G3754} he abideth{G3306}{(G5719)} in{G1722} us{G2254}, by{G1537} the Spirit{G4151} which{G3739} he hath given{G1325}{(G5656)} us{G2254}.

Strong's King James

The one continually keeping His commandments remains in Him, and He in them. We also know that He remains in us by the Spirit (רוּחַ Ruach) whom He has given us.

[24] Those who keep His commands live in Him, and He in them. And this is how we know He lives in us: by the Spirit He gave us. It's like having His own presence as an internal compass, guiding us in truth and love.

Anyone who continually obeys His commandments lives in close relationship with Him, and He lives in them! We also know that God lives in us because of the Sacred Spirit He has given us.

The F.O.G Paraphrase

and he who is keeping His commands, in Him he doth remain, and He in him; and in this we know that He doth remain in us, from the Spirit that He gave us.
