For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy way eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he doesn’t discern the Lord’s body.

For{G1063} he that eateth{G2068}{(G5723)} and{G2532} drinketh{G4095}{(G5723)} unworthily{G371}, eateth{G2068}{(G5719)} and{G2532} drinketh{G4095}{(G5719)} damnation{G2917} to himself{G1438}, not{G3361} discerning{G1252}{(G5723)} the Lord's{G2962} body{G4983}.

(29) For the one eating and drinking, eats and drinks judgement to himself if not examining the body.

[29] Those who eat and drink without recognizing the body of the Lord consume judgment upon themselves, missing the holy significance of this communion.
The F.O.G Paraphrase
for he who is eating and drinking unworthily, judgment to himself he doth eat and drink—not discerning the body of the Lord.
