When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished.” And bowing His head, He yielded up His spirit.

When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished.” He bowed his head, and gave up his spirit.

World English Bible (WEB)

[30] When He had received the drink, Jesus declared, "It is finished." With that, He bowed His head and gave up His spirit. The Greek word tetelestai – meaning "paid in full" – proclaimed victory in seeming defeat.
The F.O.G Paraphrase

when, therefore, Jesus received the vinegar, he said, ‘It hath been finished;’ and having bowed the head, gave up the spirit.
