All the land from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem will be turned into a plain, but Jerusalem will be raised up and will remain in her place, from the Benjamin Gate to the site of the First Gate to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the royal winepresses.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
All the land will be made like the Arabah, from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem; and she will be lifted up, and will dwell in her place, from Benjamin’s gate to the place of the first gate, to the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses.
World English Bible (WEB)

All the land will be changed like the 'Aravah desert from Geva to Rimmon in the Negev south. But Yerushalayim will tower up high, and remain on its foundation, from Binyamin’s Gate, as far as the site of the First Gate to the Corner Gate. And from the Tower of Hanan’el to the king’s wine presses.
