[3] Similarly, mentor the older women to live in a way that reflects the sacred nature of their calling. They must avoid spreading malicious gossip or being enslaved to excessive drinking. Instead, they should be living examples of what is beautiful and good.

Young's Literal Translation

aged women, in like manner, in deportment as doth become sacred persons, not false accusers, to much wine not enslaved, of good things teachers,
