Without being weakened in faith, he didn’t consider his own body, already having been worn out, (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.

[19] His faith didn't weaken even when he faced the reality of his hundred-year-old body's inability to father children, or Sarah's lifelong infertility. The facts seemed impossible, but faith saw deeper truth.
