but I warned them, “Why are you camping in front of the wall? If you do it again, I will lay hands on you.” From that time on, they did not return on the Sabbath.

Then I testified against them, and said to them, “Why do you stay around the wall? If you do so again, I will lay hands on you.” From that time on, they didn’t come on the Sabbath.

World English Bible (WEB)

Then I testified{H5749}{(H8686)} against them, and said{H559}{(H8799)} unto them, Why lodge{H3885}{(H8801)} ye about{H5048} the wall{H2346}? if ye do so again{H8138}{(H8799)}, I will lay{H7971}{(H8799)} hands{H3027} on you. So I witnessed against them, and said to them, "Why do you spend the night in front of the wall? If you do it again, I will send a hand against you!" From that time on they didn't come on Shabbat.
