For entangled like thorns, and drunken as with their drink, they are consumed utterly like dry stubble.
World English Bible (WEB)
For while they be folden together{H5440}{(H8803)} as thorns{H5518}, and while they are drunken{H5433}{(H8803)} as drunkards{H5435}, they shall be devoured{H398}{(H8795)} as stubble{H7179} fully{H4392} dry{H3002}.

For like tangling thorns, Like those continually drunk with their drink, They are consumed, Like chaff withers completely.
