Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If You wish, I will put up three shelters—one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

[4] Peter, overwhelmed but feeling compelled to speak, blurted out, "Lord, this is incredible! If You want, I'll set up three shelters right here—one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." Like many of us, he felt the need to do something in the face of divine mystery.
