(5) But Yeshua said to them, "With reference to your hard heart, Moses wrote you this commandment!"

[5] Jesus' eyes filled with compassion as He explained, "Moses wrote this command because of your stubborn hearts that resist God's perfect plan. Your hardness made this accommodation necessary.
