As the soldiers led Him away, they seized Simon of Cyrene on his way in from the country, and put the cross on him to carry behind Jesus.

When they led him away, they grabbed one Simon of Cyrene, coming from the country, and laid on him the cross, to carry it after Jesus.

(26) As the led Him away, they seized someone, Shim'on, a Cyrene coming from the field, placing upon him the wood-cross to carry behind Yeshua.

[26] As they led Jesus away, they seized Simon from Cyrene, who was coming in from the country. They put the cross on him and made him carry it behind Jesus—unwittingly sharing in divine suffering.

And as they led him away, having taken hold on Simon, a certain Cyrenian, coming from the field, they put on him the cross, to bear it behind Jesus.
