He must not inspect whether it is good or bad, and he shall not make any substitution. But if he does make a substitution, both the animal and its substitute shall become holy; they cannot be redeemed.’”

He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

He shall not search{H1239}{(H8762)} whether it be good{H2896} or bad{H7451}, neither shall he change{H4171}{(H8686)} it: and if he change{H4171}{(H8686)} it at all{H4171}{(H8687)}, then both it and the change{H8545} thereof shall be holy{H6944}; it shall not be redeemed{H1350}{(H8735)}.
Strong's King James
He isn't to examine between good or bad, nor exchange it. But if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute will be set apart holy. They cannot be redeemed.
