The presence of the LORD has scattered them; He regards them no more. The priests are shown no honor; the elders find no favor.

The anger of Yahweh has scattered them; he will no more regard them: They didn’t respect the persons of the priests, they didn’t favor the elders.

The anger{H6440} of the LORD{H3068} hath divided{H2505}{(H8765)} them; he will no more{H3254}{(H8686)} regard{H5027}{(H8687)} them: they respected{H5375}{(H8804)} not the persons{H6440} of the priests{H3548}, they favoured{H2603}{(H8804)} not the elders{H2205}.

The face of Yahweh has scattered them, He won't continue to look at them, They didn't lift up the faces of the cohanim, They didn't show favour to the elders.
