They will not remain in the land of the LORD; Ephraim will return to Egypt and eat unclean food in Assyria.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
They won’t dwell in Yahweh’s land; but Ephraim will return to Egypt, and they will eat unclean food in Assyria.
World English Bible (WEB)
They shall not dwell{H3427}{(H8799)} in the LORD'S{H3068} land{H776}; but Ephraim{H669} shall return{H7725}{(H8804)} to Egypt{H4714}, and they shall eat{H398}{(H8799)} unclean{H2931} things in Assyria{H804}.
Strong's King James
They won't remain in the land of יהוה (Yahweh), Efrayim will return to Egypt, And in Ashur they will eat the ceremonially unclean.
