Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God, for a spirit of prostitution is within them, and they do not know the LORD.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
Their deeds won’t allow them to turn to their God; for the spirit of prostitution is within them, and they don’t know Yahweh.
World English Bible (WEB)
They will not frame{H5414}{(H8799)} their doings{H4611} to turn{H7725}{(H8800)} unto their God{H430}: for the spirit{H7307} of whoredoms{H2183} is in the midst{H7130} of them, and they have not known{H3045}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068}.
Strong's King James
Their actions won't allow them to return to their God, For a ruach-spirit of prostitution Is in the middle of them, And they don't know יהוה (Yahweh).
