They will eat but not be satisfied; they will be promiscuous but not multiply. For they have stopped obeying the LORD.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
They will eat, and not have enough. They will play the prostitute, and will not increase; because they have abandoned giving to Yahweh.
World English Bible (WEB)
For they shall eat{H398}{(H8804)}, and not have enough{H7646}{(H8799)}: they shall commit whoredom{H2181}{(H8689)}, and shall not increase{H6555}{(H8799)}: because they have left off{H5800}{(H8804)} to take heed{H8104}{(H8800)} to the LORD{H3068}.

They will eat, but not have enough, they will commit prostitution, but not break out, Because they have abandoned keeping [themselves] to יהוה (Yahweh).
