Deuteronomy 21:23

Read Full Chapter
you must not leave the body on the tree overnight, but you must be sure to bury him that day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s curse. You must not defile the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall surely bury him the same day; for he who is hanged is accursed of God; that you don’t defile your land which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance.
World English Bible (WEB)
His body{H5038} shall not remain all night{H3885}{(H8799)} upon the tree{H6086}, but thou shalt in any wise{H6912}{(H8800)} bury{H6912}{(H8799)} him that day{H3117};(for he that is hanged{H8518}{(H8803)} is accursed{H7045} of God{H430};) that thy land{H127} be not defiled{H2930}{(H8762)}, which the LORD{H3068} thy God{H430} giveth{H5414}{(H8802)} thee for an inheritance{H5159}.

The F.O.G Paraphrase
his corpse doth not remain on the tree, for thou dost certainly bury him in that day—for a thing lightly esteemed of God is the hanged one—and thou dost not defile thy ground which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee—an inheritance.
