As I was contemplating all this, suddenly a goat with a prominent horn between his eyes came out of the west, crossing the surface of the entire earth without touching the ground.

As I was considering, behold, a male goat came from the west over the surface of the whole earth, and didn’t touch the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.
World English Bible (WEB)
And as I was considering{H995}{(H8688)}, behold, an he{H5795} goat{H6842} came{H935}{(H8802)} from the west{H4628} on the face{H6440} of the whole earth{H776}, and touched{H5060}{(H8802)} not the ground{H776}: and the goat{H6842} had a notable{H2380} horn{H7161} between his eyes{H5869}.

While I was paying attention, look! A hairy billy goat was coming from the west upon the face of all the land, but without touching the land. The billy goat had a distinctive horn between his eyes.
