All the peoples of the earth are counted as nothing, and He does as He pleases with the army of heaven and the peoples of the earth. There is no one who can restrain His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’”

All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or ask him, What are you doing?

All those living on land are regarded as nothing,
But He does as He desires in the army of the skies, and those living on the land,
Nobody can strike against His hand,
Or say to Him, "What have you done?"
