As for the command to leave the stump of the tree with its roots, your kingdom will be restored to you as soon as you acknowledge that Heaven rules.

Whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the roots of the tree; your kingdom shall be sure to you, after that you shall have known that the heavens do rule.

And whereas they commanded{H560}{(H8754)} to leave{H7662}{(H8749)} the stump{H6136} of the tree{H363} roots{H8330}; thy kingdom{H4437} shall be sure{H7011} unto thee, after{H4481} that thou shalt have known{H3046}{(H8748)} that the heavens{H8065} do rule{H7990}.

And whereas it was commanded to leave the stump of its tree roots, [it means] your kingdom will be enduring for you. After you know that the skies are sovereign.
