This is what the LORD says: “As the shepherd snatches from the mouth of the lion two legs or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites dwelling in Samaria will be rescued having just the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.
Berean Standard Bible (BSB)
Thus says Yahweh: “As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed.”
World English Bible (WEB)
Thus saith{H559}{(H8804)} the LORD{H3068}; As the shepherd{H7462}{(H8802)} taketh out{H5337}{(H8686)} of the mouth{H6310} of the lion{H738} two{H8147} legs{H3767}, or a piece{H915} of an ear{H241}; so shall the children{H1121} of Israel{H3478} be taken out{H5337}{(H8735)} that dwell{H3427}{(H8802)} in Samaria{H8111} in the corner{H6285} of a bed{H4296}, and in Damascus{H1833} in a couch{H6210}.
Strong's King James
Here is what יהוה Yahweh says, Just as the shepherd saves a couple of legs, or a piece of an ear from the lion's mouth, So will the sons of Isra'el dwelling in Samaria be saved, In the corner of a bed, and a *Dammesek’s couch.
The F.O.G
The F.O.G Paraphrase
Thus said Jehovah: As the shepherd delivereth from the lion’s mouth Two legs, or a piece of an ear, So delivered are the sons of Israel, Who are sitting in Samaria on the corner of a bed, And in Damascus on that of a couch.
Young's Literal Translation

Footnotes:

*The Hebrew here is unclear as Dammesek is the city of Damascus. It could be alluding to their fine silk fabric or a headrest. Though the cultural reference is unclear, the overall meaning isn't, though these people have lived in great luxury, only a few by the grace of God alone will survive by the skin of their teeth.
