The archer will not stand his ground, the fleet of foot will not escape, and the horseman will not save his life.

neither shall he stand who handles the bow; and he who is swift of foot won’t escape; neither shall he who rides the horse deliver himself;
World English Bible (WEB)
Neither shall he stand{H5975}{(H8799)} that handleth{H8610}{(H8802)} the bow{H7198}; and he that is swift{H7031} of foot{H7272} shall not deliver{H4422}{(H8762)} himself: neither shall he that rideth{H7392}{(H8802)} the horse{H5483} deliver{H4422}{(H8762)} himself{H5315}.
