But after the disciples had gathered around him, he got up and went back into the city. And the next day he left with Barnabas for Derbe.

(20) Now the disciples encircled him and he got up, entering into the city! The next day he went away with Bar-Nabba to Derbe.

[20] But as the believers gathered around him, likely praying with broken hearts, Paul stood up! In an astounding demonstration of God's protection and power, he walked back into the city. The next day, he and Barnabas traveled to Derbe, their commitment to the mission unshaken.
