So Barnabas and Saul, sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to Cyprus.

So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia. From there they sailed to Cyprus.

(4) Therefore being sure they were sent out by רוּחַ Ruach HaKodesh they went down into Seleucia (White Light) and from there they sailed to Cyprus (Love Blossom).

[4] Propelled by the Holy Spirit's guidance, Barnabas and Saul first traveled to the port city of Seleucia. From there, they sailed across the Mediterranean's blue waters to the island of Cyprus, Barnabas's homeland.
