One of them named Agabus stood up and predicted through the Spirit that a great famine would sweep across the whole world. (This happened under Claudius.)

(28) One of them named Agav (Locust) rose up, signifying through The רוּחַ Ruach-Spirit that there's going to be a great famine all over the inhabited earth which happened upon Claudius' (Lame, Whining) reign.

[28] One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread across the entire Roman world. This happened during the reign of Claudius.

and one of them, by name Agabus, having stood up, did signify through the Spirit a great dearth is about to be throughout all the world—which also came to pass in the time of Claudius Caesar—
