If we acknowledge our deviations, He is faithful and just to forgive us our deviations and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

[9] But here's the amazing news - when we honestly confess our sins to Him, He proves absolutely faithful and righteous by forgiving our sins and purifying us from every kind of unrighteousness. His promise is trustworthy, His cleansing complete! But if we confess our sins, He is always trustworthy and righteous; He will forgive all our sins and purify us from all injustice.
