(2) For if Avraham was declared righteous from works, he has a boast, yet not towards יהוה YAHWEH!

[2] If Abraham had earned God's approval through his own achievements and moral performance, he would have legitimate reason for pride—but not in God's eyes, where human accomplishments fade into insignificance.
