(3) Then Paul said to him, "The אֱלֹהִים Elohim-God is about to strike your whitewashed wall! You sit judging me according to The Torah and break The Torah by ordering me struck!"

[3] Paul's response crackled with righteous anger: "God will strike you instead, you whitewashed wall! You sit there claiming to judge me according to the Law, yet you violate that very Law by ordering me to be struck without cause. What kind of justice is this?"
