Flesh is born of flesh, but spirit is born of the Spirit.

The one who is born of the flesh is flesh, and the one born of the רוּחַ (Ruach) is spirit.
The F.O.G
[6] Physical birth produces physical life, but spiritual birth produces spiritual life. These are two distinct realities. Anyone born of the flesh is flesh, but anyone born of the Holy Spirit is a sanctified spirit living a spiritual life.
