Their wealth will be plundered and their houses laid waste. They will build houses but not inhabit them, and plant vineyards but never drink their wine.

Their wealth will become a spoil, and their houses a desolation. Yes, they will build houses, but won’t inhabit them. They will plant vineyards, but won’t drink their wine.
World English Bible (WEB)
Therefore their goods{H2428} shall become a booty{H4933}, and their houses{H1004} a desolation{H8077}: they shall also build{H1129}{(H8804)} houses{H1004}, but not inhabit{H3427}{(H8799)} them; and they shall plant{H5193}{(H8804)} vineyards{H3754}, but not drink{H8354}{(H8799)} the wine{H3196} thereof.
